The first is a large, horizontal grinder that can mulch stock-piled wood debris. The second is the grinding of brush and small trees with a specialty, mulching mow head.

One of the ways Helsel’s Tree Service, Inc. mulches is by bringing our horizontal grinder to mulch large stock piles of wood debris, including brush, stumps, logs, etc. Our grinder is a Peterson Pacific 6710B. It is track mounted for ease of transportation on rough terrain. It is one of the largest horizontal grinders made, so it will handle mulching large debris piles with ease.

Mulching Service II
The second way Helsel’s Tree Service, Inc. mulches is by bringing a machine that will mow down small trees and brush and turn this into mulch. We have a Gryo Trac GT25 with a vertical mulcher, a skid steer attachment with a horizontal mower, and a boom mower mounted on a tractor. This is the best method if you are trying to clear some land and enrich the soil.
